Organisational tasks before the conference (preparation period)
- Budgeting, account keeping and related briefing
- Ensuring continuous updating and coordination between our firm and the organising committee
- Finding sponsors
- Communication with Pharmaceutical Services of the Ministry of Health, Cyprus Medical Association and Cyprus Pharmaceutical Companies Association
- Curated suppliers of Congress in cooperation with the organizing committee
- Supplier management and settlement of contracts
- Setting up and arrangement of the conference venue / Creation of plan and lay-out
- Contact and information (by mail, e-mail) of official guests, delegates, sponsors and public authorities
- Potentially creation of a conference database and appropriate tools for “mining” statistical data (Data mining), upon request and approval of the organising committee.
- Creation and presentation of graphic design proposals for the logo and the printed material of the conference, such as: invitation, 1st announcement, poster, banner, conference program, application, certificate of attendance, delegate’s folder (bag, pen + block) and taking the necessary steps for printing the selected designs
- Editing and mailing of printed material
- Selecting gifts, awards, souvenirs for VIP guests
- Preconference funding
- Full press coverage
Organisational tasks during the conference
- Installation of the secretariat stand and staffing with the skilled Premium personnel
- Supervision of the smooth running of the conference, by a Premium executive member of staff throughout the event
- Premium Hardware material (Computers, internet connections, telephone, fax machine, credit card terminal for direct payment, information/announcement display monitors)
- Welcome desk – Registrations
- Participant’s folders (available to participants)
- Texts and speeches (available to participants)
- Info desk for the reception of oral presentations and the provision of information and services to participants
- Technical design and decoration of the conference halls to meet all requirements
- 24-hour security service at the conference venue
- Barcode system

Organisational tasks after the end of the conference
- Letters of thanks after consultation with the organising committee
- Presentation of the detailed conference account statement to the organising committee

- Compilation and delivery of conference records to the organising committee
